The long experience gained in sueding, along with the close co-operation with customers, enabled Caru’ to set up a specific machines making technique, having the first-rate production as final target to achieve the highest quality in fabric finishing.
The new machine “EST 8.1” is a SUEDING MACHINE having 8 sueding rollers full covered of diamong emery, 8 (height) Sueding rollers with a Diam. of 200mm dynamically balanced with clamping/tensioning device for abrasive tape. Process fabrics with 8 sueding rollers on one side of the fabrics or 4 sueding rollers on right side and 4 sueding rollers on back side of the fabric. Sueding rollers NO. 1 – 3 – 6 – 8, are provide with oscillating motion system.
Diamond tape are made without joint, on one entire belt very strong and resistent that can be reinstalled on the roller many times and every time without be damaged. As on all Caru’s machines, the sueding rollers can be made in light weight composite carbon fibre, which are more light and
strong, giving advantage of high rotary speed and assure a perfect stability.

The sueding machine S330 is made up of one sueding roller which is contrasted to a roller covered with rubber, let’s to suede all kind of fabrics. This machine can suede woven, knit fabric and other materials as non wovens, denim, outwear, swimwear, sportwear, lingerie, used also in home textile and automotive fields, as imitation leather and nonwoven fabric so as to obtain finished products of excellent quality.
Particular is the possibility to make sueded drawings on fabric, this technology is called PATTERN SUEDING, that is by means of a rubber roller that has been engraved with drawings which has to be reproduced on the surface.
AS4 Wet Dry Sueding

WET & DRY SUEDING MACHINE AS4
The AS4 is a sueding machine that is caracterized by an high versatily because lets suede both on wet and dry condition;
This machine is using four light weight composite carbon fibre roller, that assure a perfect balance and high resistence. On this machine it is possible to use waterproof emery cloth or diamond tape to cover all the sueding rollers. Machine can works in combination of brushes.

- Dry fabric feeding, wetting unit with squeezer roller and water tank, flow water on each sueding roller, high squeezing unit at outlet.
